you improve your skills in a practical way. The media library developed by JKNA

presented here on JKNA has been skilfully edited to provide you and your
colleagues with critical footage of all of your matches. Each video is
supplemented by analytical commentary and where appropriate annotation to

This service means that within 24 hours of your last match you can view the
entire match play and through the commentary beginning to identify how
improvements in technique and tactical moves can help to improve your personal
performance wherever you may be. So that before you commence your training
programme you will have the opportunity to analyse first-hand your team work and
